What is theoretical foundation in nursing?

• ok basically i want to become a vet nurse, im 15 atm and will be going to college next september, im doing BTEC first diploma Animal care 1 year or BTEC national diploma in animal management 2 year (depending on my GCSE grades, First diploma is lower course, and national is higher) If i go into the lower one, i will be doing the higher one next. Bascially am i taking the right course? I have to travel to go to this college as its the only animal one close to me, from doing these courses, what steps do i take, and well will i actually be qualified? Also do you have to be employed at a vet to get into foundation degree veternary nursing??? theres only two vet surgerys around here, and they have had the same staff for years, so i will struggle on that... anyway thanksd x

  you have to go to a college and do the course for 2 years on day release. You will need to be employed by a vet who trains you while you do this. You have to be 17.
