How do you know what to feed your horse?

I know the horse next door isn't getting enough of feed and water who do i call i live in clearfield county pa?

  • i saw them gone to the barn and don't have any water the hose up there is probably freezing because its laying on the ground the chicken the same way no water they give the horse a handful of hay in the morning and evening no bedding i told them before they wasn't taking care of the horse

    Call animal control, if you have any neighbors who feel the same way encourage them to make a report too. The more people who complain, the more likely it is they will send someone out to investigate. There's not much more you can do.

I like that you have told them that they have failed to take good care of the horse. Now to report this you need proof the animal is ill cared for. Such as: Is it thin? Can you prove no water has been supplied? Are the hooves taken care of? Etc.. Sorry I couldn't find the livestock/equine regulations in your state/county.
