Does anyone own a sugar glider?

Have you or anyone you know received sugar glider products from Pocket Pets?

Pocket Pets = www.SugarBears.com and www.SugarGliderInfo.org I do not trust most of the info or food products from this company after reading many negative stories and controversies, but I did think that their sugar glider toys might be worth it, particularly the "BOTH Swing-N-Things™ 3-piece Premium & 4-piece Basic Toy Package Combo". Sadly, out of the excitement of getting a sugar glider soon, I paid for an order of these toys, yesterday, and have failed to receive my promised email containing order info (that they said would be sent soon after I placed the order) and shipping info. I am positive that I put the right email down. So has anybody ordered from this place and actually received their products or could I have possibly been scammed?

I know a couple people who have ordered products from them such as toys and cages and such and never had problems with their orders. Even though I am against pocket pets and many others are as well, they still have quite a good following who frequently buy from their store...so I wouldn't think you were scammed. Usually when scamming takes place NOBODY is satisfied with the company.
