Is there any possible way to stop animal abuse?

WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP THESE ANIMALS?? pet store animal abuse/ neglect?

• okay so as of now, i am in a different country where i do not SPEAK the language but i understand it perfectly - i just have a hard time pronounciating the words properly. however my mom and my aunt (whom we're staying with) speaks and understands the language. so anyway this is a really long story but i'll just try and keep it as short as possible. so we were at this mall and they had a little animal section and the 3 out of the 4 guinea pigs that they had were fighting over a water bottle - ALL of the guinea pigs mouths were drenched. 3 of the guinea pigs were biting and fighting over the water bottle. the other guinea pig was in the corner shaking and breathing heavily with its eyes closed and its mouth was wet. after a few mins of watching an employee took their water bottle away and my mom questioned as to why she would do that and she said that the guinea pigs had had enough water. wtf. THEY NEED WATER 24/7. so anyway I'm gonna keep it short - my mom complained to the employee many times and wouldn't leave her alone so she gave the water bottle back to the guinea pigs. and then my mom asked about the bunnies. she said that if she gave them too much water then they will get diarrhea and die. it is true that if rabbits have diarrhea and if its left UNTREATED then YES they will die. but they will NOT get diarrhea because they have access to water 24/7 - they are NOT stupid in that they will drink themselves to death. they are simply thirsty because the stupid employees rarely give them water so it makes it seem like the bunnies and guinea pigs drink non stop. she ended up taking the bunnies' water bottle away after we left to go look at other things so my mom called the manager and the manager isn't helping at all either. HE got mad at US and said that if they listen to us (my mom and i) then the rabbits will die due to diarrhea. he and the employee said that they are too young so that they need to limited water much like a mother rabbit would limit its milk to its young. but thats so stupid. if the rabbits were that young (which they weren't THAT young) then they should still be with its mom drinking a special formula. and if the rabbits get diarrhea then its probably due to some underlying medical condition that the employees couldn't give 2 shiits about. while my mom was complaining and everything the employee was cutting little barcodes stamps and laughing at us and muttering quietly to herself while shaking her head occasionally aka saying she doesn't give a rats ***. which doesn't bother me, I'm not an old woman who works at a little pet section in the mall KNOWING NOTHING about animals. so how can i help these animals? NONE of the animals had any water. apparently they give their animals "times" to drink. the manager and other employees aren't helpful at all. the manager was yelling at US for caring. and for the people who think that I'm over reacting: not really. any sort of animal abuse needs to be taken care of properly. and so maybe the employees have more experience "raising" the animals THEIR cruel and wrong way but that doesn't mean its right and it certainly doesn't mean that the new animals will react the same way.

  I hate reading this, its terribly sad, but there's not really much you can do. If you can, on the computer, look up their website and if their is a Complaint Letter page or something, then write to the owner, I would do that but otherwise, you cant do much more.
