What types of exotic pets are legal in Pennsylvania?

Ok so last year for my 13th birthday gift my mom and dad said I was getting a hedgehog, we knew hedgehogs were illegal in Pennsylvania but we have a friend who own a pet shop who thought he could find us a PA bred one. After 8months he said it wad to risky and said he wasn't taking chances and he would find me something else. So now I want to know what type of exotic animals would be a good pet? I know you can't have sugar gliders, fennec foxes, sloths, etc... But I don't want a reptile or bug I already have 2 snakes and I can't have a puppy or kitten. I want something out of the ordinary! No bunny, hamster,chinchilla. But if anyone knows of something legal to own in the state of Pennsylvania PLEASE!!!!! let me know! Thanks

Brine shrimp, a tadpole shrimp, an african dwarf frog, one of those mini turtles even though I know you don't want anymore reptiles but if youll like some, a... yep, mostly water-type animals I think of.
