Whats the BEST state to learn about horses?

i love horses. i want to have a small boarding farm. but i really want to have like a working farm with some cows and chickens and stuff. this is my plan. these are the things i want to learn and how i want to do them: 1) Ferrier- just to take care of my and other people's horses. not full time business but u know, flexible. 2) Live in Internship- i want to become a trainer for eventing. i want to train my own horses and compete. maybe give lessons. 3) Natural Sport Horse Massage- i want to be able to do this to other peoples horses and my own. 4) Aromatherapy etc.- just like natural herbs and stuff to cure horse illnesses and stuff. WHERE is the best place to learn this stuff? what state? help!?
