Are hedgehogs good pets?

Are hedgehogs good pets for a 13 year old?

• I've researched about hedgehogs for the past little while and I know pretty much everything about them. I was just wondering if they would just sit around all day and be anti-social?? Are they nice pets or are they mean? I really want one but i want to enjoy it and not just take care of them with no reward(playing with it, etc..)

  hey i owned hedgehogs before they are awesome creatures they need attention if you get one make sure its well taken care of and payed attention and answer your other question my lil sonics sat there for a min then started to explore the area i would advise you to get gloves cause when they are threatened they tend to add insult to injury by poking ya but best of luck email me if you have questions [email protected]
