Guppy fish lay egg???

  • i got fed a guppy fish almost one month already..she lay her baby on 14th of may...i taught she is going to lay egg..buy i saw her passing the fish out from where she had pass motion...i feel so surprise because small fish like guppy not suppose to lay egg but small fish??? and one thing make me happy she lay out 30-40 small fishes...hehe

she will eat them remove her from the tank but leave the babies in that tank and do not change the water till they get bigger

You are very lucky. I've had guppies forever and NEVER caught the mamma guppy actually having her babies. The other fish in your tank will eat them, so make sure you put in some plants, or other places that the tiny fishies can hide and avoid being eaten!

no they dont i have 15 guppies at one time i had 50 they just pop out
