Would this community tank work?

Could this fish tank work 25g?

• im in the process of cycling my new 25g tank (the first tropical tank i have ever owned 100% of) and while its cycling I'm trying to come up with a community to put in it as i say this is the first tropical tank ever ever had complete control over. the one before i shared with my roommate and he was an marine biologist, he controlled ph, temp and fish. i did the design. So the list i have roughly got at the moment with a bit of help from one of those aquarium calculator things is: 8x white cloud minnow 5x cherry barb 4 emerald green cory 3x ghost shrimp would this be over crowded? i figured that the water 'stats' would be something like temp = 24 Celsius ph = 7 hardness of water = 10 would that work? anyway, i could really do with some advice from experienced tropical fish keepers as i say this is my first solo tropical tank. thank you

  Lots of details not really sure if you question was more than can it work. In short, yes. That's a very good selection of fish for a first timer. You have it all figured out really. It would not be overcrowded in my opinion. If you wanted you could bump up the cory's numbers and they will be more interesting to watch, i'd go for 6 really, but get them all at once if possible.
