What type of fish wont eat feeder fish?
-
I use feeder fish for mainly for my Oscar and occasionally my Brim and Koi. I have a 90 gallon pond in my front yard. Right now it has feeder fish in it. I would like to know what other type of fish I can put in that tank that wont eat the feeder fish and that will come to the top to eat? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Answer:
Any fish that you can find at your local pet store that are labeled "Community" fish would be fine with the feeders. Usually, these are platties, guppies, mollies, and various bottom feeders. Good luck!

Is your Oscar, Brim or Koi in the pond? If so, then I don't recommend putting any fish in there that they can eat. It would be a waist of money. If not and there are only feeder in the pond then any Herbivore would be fine.

Koi can thrive in an outside pond, especially with moderate climate.
