How do I tell the difference between male and female ghost shrimp? 10 points?

I have 3 ghost shrimp that I bought today. 2 are much bigger than the last one. One of the larger ones appears to have a black dot in its chest. I hope to breed them, so I need to know if I have males and/ or females? Help please!!!

The best thing you can do to get them to breed is: 1) Get them from different sources e.g. a few for numerous different shops. this will ensure there is a strong enough gene pool. 2) Get more. Getting more will allow a strong gene pool and therefore more shrimp. Goodluck and i really want shrimp but wouldn't trust my fish lol
