Do State Hatcheries Sell Fish to the Public?

If i were to sell live fish on the internet, what would i need to get( business license, permit, etc.)?

    b/c you want a business you will need sales tax number and FEIN. that you will have to go to your state and find out with is needed on the state level each state have diff laws. you know also need to know if you are buying fish at wolesale and re sale or are you breeding. if you are breeding just look at your state fish farm laws

I don't think you need a license for that. Lots of people sell live aquatic stuff on aquabid or privately through online forums. All you need is a paypal account.
