How do I plant blue anemone bulbs?

How do i plant the plant bulbs from petco?

  • I recently bought those plant bulbs from petco. Do i just drop them into my tank or do i partially plant them into my gravel? does it matter which side of the bulb is facing up from the gravel or not?

    Usually just drop them in and wait a week or so. Then you can move them under a little gravel. You can check back with petco to see if there is anything different about these bulbs.

Push them into the gravel a bit so that the stay on the bottom.

I just did this like five minutes ago. Usually you just drop them in and wait a week or so. Then you can move them to the bottom and put them under a little gravel.

put them into the rocks. it takes 30 days . when i planted i got 4out of 5 to come up.they are very neat. don't forget to feed them when they grow. @ petco you can buy dissolving plant food and you put into rock how many depends on size of tank. good luck!

You should just be able to drop them in the tank and they'll go to the bottom. If they don't then you can burry the bulb in the gravel a bit. I'm not certain what side the bulb is supposed to be facing up but I would think that if it was put in upside down it would right itself.
