My African cichlid has stop eating and has a white spot on both eyes and is laying on his back.?

Geez... that doesn't sound good. When they float belly up that usually means that something is wrong with their air bladder. The white spots could be ick, but I just don't know. If you have any treatment for that, you might try it. I have no idea how long ciclids live, but 6 years sounds like a lengthy life to me. I'd watch him for a bit, but if he has quit eating, is floating upside down, and doesn't responde to meds you might have to euthanize. If you think a vet would help, by all means take him. You would lose nothing in at least calling one to see what they say. One more thing, check your PH to make sure it's correct. If I recall, ciclids are very senstive to PH and like it more basic (closer to 8) than most fish (who should be closer to 7). You might also try adding just a pinch of aquarium salt to the water if that is usually indicated. Obviously, you should make sure all the filters and air ducts are clean and in good working order. Other than that, just don't flush him alive... That is cruel.

if it isnt moving it dead ither wise it has a parasitic fungas use a antifungile solution u can get from accuarim sulpy store for chilclids they get fungus infections other fich dont other than bass they are a memeber of the bass famialy

If it s not moving, sadly it is dead, if it is moving, contact a vet immedeatly!
