I'm getting a Parakeet. How to care for one? Cage size requirements and more?

  Well i would recommend visiting the pet store and visiting the one you want so it gets to know you. Then I would buy a pretty big cage at least 3 feet wide and high. Make sure to buy from a quality brand of food like the store brand like petco, pet smart, etc. The brand food is cheap but also really good becuase it is made by the actual pet store. Since you already have a cage and toys only buy a few like the white thing to chew on, some bells, whistles, and anything cute. They cost between 2-204 each toy.
