  As in human feces, there are many different bacteria types that are present in chicken feces. Probably hundreds of species! Here is a (not very recent, but free) paper that analyzed these bacteria using molecular techniques: http://ps.fass.org/content/83/7/1093.long They detected Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Salmonella, Campylobacter, Escherichia coli, and Clostridium. A more recent paper, looked at chicken gut bacteria (from small and large intestine) at a greater depth, but using an outdated technique, but this might be too technical for you. http://aem.asm.org/content/74/3/783.long Finally, here is a state-of-the art paper, using pyrosequencing, and obtaining about 100,000 different sequence reads. They found about 2000 different sequence types, roughly corresponding to 2000 bacterial species. It would be too long to list them here!
