What kind of milk do I mix with food to hand-feed a baby homing pigeon?

• I know when a mother pigeon feeds her baby, she regurgitates her food, and milk from the mother is somehow mixed into it. When I feed my baby pigeon, I smash the pigeon food and mix it with water, since I'm not sure what kind of milk to mix it with. I'm afraid to mix it with cow's milk since it is very rich and might hurt my baby. Please help me. Thanks!

And no you do not use dairy milk for baby pigeons. 1. Google mac milk - too hard to make recipe though. Waste of time. 2. google squab crop milk - ingredients soy protein powder, soy butter, tiniest crumb off a multivitiman pill and mixed with water. No measurements so also waste of time. 3. Go on you tube how to feed baby pigeons. Don't feed like the one where they stick a tube down it's throat. That is bad for them. Watch the one where they hand feed or use a syring for him to suck out the diluted soggy baby parrot formula. Baby parrot formula mixed with water is the best. Same ingredieants as the baby pigeon milk products sold at pigeon stores anyways. You do know how to make the tool to feed him right? Just incase. Get a syringe, cut the entire curvy tip off. use a piece of cloth or plastic bag ( cut ), cut a small hole in the middle of it that fit the pigeon's size beak to stick in and open and close his mouth. He's sucking the milk. Use a rubber band to tie the clothe or plastic to the tube syringe tip so that it's tightly rap it around the tip of the open tube (that you cutted away completely) kind of like how a condom is on a male genitalia.
