Clownfish feeding help?

Am i under or over feeding my corn snake? pls help ?

• I just got my pet corn snake last Thursday and they said they were feeding them once a week 1 maybe 2 pinkies I fed him last Saturday and he gobbled up two pinkies and I tried today to give him a fuzzie thinking the pinkies weren't enough and he wanted nothing to do with the fuzzy (all my snakes food is prekilled) so I gave him a pinkie and he gobbled it up so I thawed another pinkish same he gobbled it up so I thawed yet again another pinkie same thing he is my first snake and I'm afraid I might be under feeding him and over feeding him I've read that both can be bad how can I tell if I'm feeding him enough with out over feeding him he is about 16" (1 ft 4")

  Its better to go by girth then length. Is the fuzzy larger around its middle than your snake as his thickest? If so, the fuzzy is probably still a little bit too big. At 16" though, I would guess that this is not the case. I actually have a corn snake of very similar size who feeds slightly less often on larger prey. You might try giving him a few more days between feedings so he's a little hungrier; that little bit of time wont be dangerous, but it's often enough to convince a picky or lazy snake to take larger prey. All that said, its just fine to feed him three pinkies per feeding most of the time. The only problem you could run into is a lack of fiber, since pinkies have no fur and no fiber in their digestive tracts. That's why it can be important to feed fuzzies. You could also try rubbing some defrosted pinkies on the fuzzy; it sounds really weird, but sometimes smell transfer really helps.
