there are packages you can buy that are chunks of meat. kinda like dog food. because the mouse is frozen, your pet doesn't see it as food. (probably)

You need to warm them up. Put them in warm water until they get warm. Please never feed you snake in its cage. That way when you put your hand in it wont think its food. What I do with mine is get the mouse warm and then dangle it in front of the snake like its alive. That seems to interest him more.

I don't think anyone said this yet: after thawing it out (pick your favorite from above), take tongs, and grab the mouse by the tail. Wiggle the mouse in front of the snake. This should trigger the hunting instinct. As soon as the snake grabs it, let go and he'll eat it up.

did you thaw it out first of all? To thaw take the mouse from the freezer and put it in the fridge before you go to bed tonight. Then tommorow the mouse should no longer be frozen. Take it out and put it onder a lamp for 10 minutes to warm it up but not cook it. Snakes know that live prey animals are always warm. They see in infrared and any live warmblooded animal is seen as a blast of heat . If you warm the mouse up you can trick your snake into thinking it's alive. DO NOT put the mouse in a microwave or it could pop. And snakes cannot digest cooked food. Good luck.

feed it live, the only way....they need to hunt.

It won't eat it frozen. What they meant was to kill the mice before feeding your snake. You can store them frozen. Before you feed them to the snake, thaw them by putting them in a plastic bag and soaking in warm water. Once the mouse is warm, your snake will then smell it and eat. Remember not to feed it anything wider than the largest part of its body

I had a burmese python and only fed it "warm" food. I bought cheap microwave and warmed up the rats in that. She then ate them.

ball pythons are notorious for not eating. i would keep trying the thawed mouse and if no luck then just feed it a live one. no biggy just put it in another cage so he doesnt become cage aggressive and feed him live. i did for years and years for mine and he only got bit 1 time. and was never aggressive at all.

first you never EVER listen to people at pet stores, they are all retarded, anyway, snakes have a motion based visual system, so if ther prey doesn't move they wont even see it as prey, it will just look like the ground, untill it moves then Strike...dead, but if its dead it wont move, so go get a mouse of the correct size for the age of your snake, Pinky, fuzzy or full grown, and remove the snake from its cage, place it in a box, then put the mouse in, once he is done you can carefully put him back, if you feed him in his cage, he will think anything is ther is prey, including your hand evey single time you put it in there to get him out. DO not make this mistake, even one feeding in his cage will result in a lifetime of snakebites to your fingers/hands/arm. etc.. hope this helps

take it or leave it

Just feed it freakin cheese
