Will a common toad eat freeze dried blood worms?
-
so i found this toad is my yard and he had a broken leg so i'm nursing him back to health. i've been keeping him outside so he still has the opportunity to catch his own food, but i also tried putting some freeze dried blood worms in a bowl of water with him. think he'll eat it even though their not live?

Answer:
That is so sweet of you to nurse him back to health. He might eat them, I give my native fire belly toads meal worms which you might be able to find at you pet store. Also, if your walmart has worms, by the fishing stuff, that would be something good to feed him. Also, don't listen to any mean coments that say to let him go, or that you are going to kill him because you are being very sweet and I'm sure that you know what your doing and that you won't kill him. Hope I helped! God bless!
