How can I make a coat for a dog or where can I find one?

I have a doberman and I don't want him to get to cold when it is winter but I can't find a coat for him and I don't know how to make one. It is hard for me to find a coat for a big dog like a Doberman so I was hoping someone knew how to make or where to find clothes or coats for dobermans.
