How did hot dogs appear in America?

Which ones dirtier dog's here in America or dogs in the Philippines?

  I would say the dogs in the Philippines are messy and smelly, but I wouldn't say that they all do. I'm sure that there are people down there who take care of their dogs the way we do in north America. I see on TV that they have a lot of street dogs and not many shelters to take them in. Those dogs don't get baths and get brushed. There are also dogs that are like that in north America though, but not so many of them because there are more shelters and people who rescue dogs off the streets. You should give your dog a bath just before your grandparents come for a visit, and see if they still say that about your dog. Maybe they just think that ALL dogs are dirty in general.
