Does anyone own a Coton de Tulear?

Papillon or a coton de tulear. which one should i get?

i have a 1 year old border collie right now. but she is too hyper and independent. and she loves boys more than girls. but i want a dog to sit on my lap and watch tv with me for a while. i love papillons-their gorgeous. but idk if they are too hyperactive. i don't just want a mini-border collie. i will of course be taking it places, and on walks almost everyday downtown. and groominnsnt an issue with me- i love getting them groomed. i dont want to say i want a "lazy" dog.. i just want one that will attach to ME. not my mom, step dad, or brothers. so, im leaning towards a coton de tulear, but..i just need someone elses opinion, too please. <3

papillon.pomeranians attach to one person more than 2 or 3 have 2 adult n ones my dog the others my husbands.n you know whos is whos because they stay right with their owner.
