What is a good pet insurance?

What Pet insurance would be good for 3 cats, 3 dogs????On fixed income!?

I am looking for a great pet insurance company to go with that offers discounts for a person with multiple animals to insure. I have 3 dogs (Boxer, Golden R, Cairn Terrier,) and 3 cats (3 tabbies), and I am on a fixed income because I don't work anymore and my husband is a cook at a army hospital, and we have 2 teenagers. So can you help me find a pet insurance company that wont cost allot but covers basic shots like rabies,distemper,Lyme,fecal exam, and other basic shots, and possibly emergency coverage. Please help me!
