  • Answer:

How would anyone, on this site, possibly know? Why don't you ask your pediatrician? BTW, there is NO such thing as a MINI Doberman. @SHANNON: There is NO such thing as a TEACUP Yorkshire Terrier, As a matter of fact, there is no dog that is TEACUP. Do some research before giving out incorrect info.

Do you honestly think anyone out here is a medical doctor? If they were, they would NOT advise you anything on YA because were they to do that, they would risk professional censure, and their licensing would be subject to cancellation. Here's a thought - take your son to a doctor and get him tested for allergies. My guess is you will find an answer to your question in doing so.

It's not unheard of, but not common by any means. But if they were playing outside, it could also be the grass or some pollen on the grass that caused the reaction. You should take your son to the pediatrician, describe what happened, and have him run an allergy test. That will tell you exactly what caused the reaction. It would be strange for a child to be allergic to specific breeds, but not impossible.

it might just be the pit i was the same way with my friends pit, although not as bad i would consider another breed if you just want another dog but i would also talk to your child's dr. and get an opinion from him/her as well.
