    Sometimes , if there was some ovarian tissue left in there that the vet did not get it all out during the spay, the cat can still have symptoms of heat. If that is going on you need to talk to your vet who did the surgery. ( If she is very obviously acting in heat you could either bring her at that time to show them or get a video of her rolling around and getting in the mating position.) You could get a hormone test to see if it still is looking as if she had ovaries ( or some of one anyway) . Then if they did not do the surgery right they should re-do it for no charge.
