Does the Santa Ana Mexican consulate allow walk ins?

Low cost spay/neuter places in my area that allow walk-ins?

• i live in area code 11704 and i want to get my cat neutered. i heard that they have something where a vet van can come to your house and give your cats shots and neuter/spay them right there. or at petco or something. are there any places i can get my cat neutered that isnt that expensive and they allow walk ins without appointments?

  Usually if a vet comes out to your place they have a call out charge, I'm afraid I don't know your area but often the best thing to do is phone around your local vets and rescues. They may do (or know of) walk in vets. Some rescues and animal Charity's do discount vouchers for neuters/spays too. So do phone around.
