Why does only one of my surround sound speakers crackle at low volumes?

Can some one please help me with surround sound speakers?

• okay so i have a budget of 100 dollars, and im asking if some one can point me out some LOUD surround sound speakers for my room, that i can hook up to ps3, ipod, t.v, ect. i also want it to have a loud subwoofer, with a nice bass, and it doesn't have to be surround sound, but i do prefer it, and my room is not big at all, but for the first answer that is decent=10 points (:

  there isnt much you can do to make a nice stereo system with 100 dollars. but to make the best of it you could buy a tv sound box, which is two 8 inch sub woofers already mounted in a box with air intake and output. i got one for about 60 dollars. that will take care of the bass. i think it actually has pretty nice bass. as far as the normal speakers, you can find wall-mounted speakers which could be mounted around the room for surround sound, or you could leave them near the stereo setup. since you say you have a small room, surround sound shouldnt be neccasary. the sound will bounce off the walls. but anyway, you could find those speakers at a home entertainment store starting at around 20-25 dollars. they sound decent, and depending how much you spend on them, they will give a decent bass as welll. hope this was helpful.
