I am buying a surround sound system, and i need some help, setting this up with my xbox, please help?
-
i am buying a surround sound, should be here in a few days, but i was hoping to connect it to my xbox, and i was looking at the pictures of it, and it says, ( AUX IN ), Then a white hole, and a red hole, for the sound, and the visual goes in to the tv, if i am right, does this mean i can connect it to my xbox, by plugging them aux leeds from my xbox in?

Answer:
The 'white hole' is for the left speaker signal and the 'red hole' is the right speaker signal. The yellow one is the composite video signal. I assume these are all inputs to your surround sound system, so the result would be stereo, not 'surround sound'. You can buy an adaptor between the XBox and the 3 stereo/video plugs - Ask the XBox shop for a "XBox to RCA cable"
