Whats a good home theater in a box system?

Im looking for a home theater system (HTIB) that's under 500$. Does anyone know of any good ones? I'm not looking for anything big and expensive just something that sounds loud and good. I don't need anything like a real cinema/theater experience. I'm gonna put it in medium sized house room. I have the Logitech X-540 Speakers and i think they are good but now i wanna upgrade into a HTIB system. Anyone know of any good ones?

HTIB are not reliable nor are they upgradeable. Just get this http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-HT-S3400-Channel-Theater-Receiver/dp/B004O0TRDI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1310180830&sr=8-1 and add a blu ray player and you are still under 500
