Bluray and television setup?
-
Ok, so I have a Toshiba BDX2000 bluray player that was bought in the United States. And I'm wondering if i were to buy a television in the Philippines(makati, manila area); is there a way i can get these two connected to work harmoniously and play bluray movies. is it ok to connect these two devices in the philippines and do i need a transformer. if so, what transformer do you recommend? thanks...

Answer:
Be sure to get a TV with HDMI input (virtually all new models do these days). It will work fine with your player, you just need an HDMI cable: http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10240
