How do I hook up computer speakers to my tv?

• I have logitech computer speakers that I want to hook up to my tv. It is an older tv and doesn't have AV hook ups on the back so I bought a RCA converter and I have been using it so I could hook up my xbox to the tv. I then bought a little adapter where the red and white cables connect into a headphone jack so I could make the sound from the xbox go into the logitech speakers instead of the tv. How can I hook up those speakers to my tv so the sound from just cable television goes into them like a little theatre system?

  You answered your own question. If your TV does not have an audio out, outside of opening the TV and soldering your own wires, there is nothing you can do. If you have a set-top box, connect its audio output directly to your speaker system.
