Hooking up wii to sony bravia, get video, but no sound. Have home theater, have audio out hooked up properly.?
-
Audio and video cables from Wii are plugged into video 3 port. Optical audio out goes from TV to the Sony Home Theater TV audio in jack. Home theater is set to TV (but I tried all settings). Still no sound. No sound with home theater off either. TV plays sound fine, through home theater or on its own. Suggestions?

Answer:
Connect red & white cables directly from Wii to Home Theater System for audio.
