How to mix 2 audio outputs into one?
-
Hey, i'd like to be able to connect my laptops headphone out and the sound output from my tv into one, so that i can listen to spotify on my laptop and xbox in-game sound in one. I know the Astro Mixamp can do this but its very expensive as it has other features, are there any cheap alternatives that simply combine the two outputs into one? Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

Answer:
You'll need an audio mixer. Check out this cheap mixer from Radio Shack. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2102920&filterName=Category You will just need a headphone-to-rca jacks for the laptops, and RCA patch cords for the x-box and TV.
