Sony Bluray Player Internet Problems?
-
We are trying to hook our Sony BDPS-360 Bluray player up to the internet. We have a wireless router, but supposedly this player cannot utilize wireless, so we hooked it up via an ethernet cable. Every hookup seems to be fine, the internet is on, and we cannot figure out why the player keeps saying "Connection failed". The strange thing is that the player identified the IP address, so something has to be working, we just can't get it connected to the internet to get BD Live, etc. Its so frustrating, so if anyone knows what to do we would really appreciate it! Thank you! :)

Answer:
The problem sounds like your router, you have to get the router to connect to the blu ray usually you have a small window to do that with a pass word to accept....go to your routers web site and read the instructions....
