Best pc/bookshelf speakers for $50?

I just purchased polk audio monitor 50 speakers, what is everything that I will need to hook them up to my pc?

I have polk audio monitor 50 speakers and I'm ordering a Sherwood rx-4109 receiver and a ht omega striker sound card. Would anyone mind just listing off everything I will need to hook the speakers to the receiver and soundcard because I haven't really found anywhere listing everything I will need. And I don't want to accidentally order a wrong chord.
