How do I update my blue ray players firmware?

Technical Difficulties on Firmware update for Blu Ray Player?

• I updated my Panasonic Blu Ray Player (SC-BTT270) to Firmware version 1.38 The Firmware update ran smoothly, with no difficulties. When I tried to go to "Internet Content" and go on Youtube and watch a video it says "Communication Error : 0" I had a similar problem when I tried going on Pandora Radio the message said "Sever Error: we're sorry there's a problem on our end. Please try again later" I thought that it might have to do with my internet connection so I restarted that and saw no results. I restored my Blu Ray back to Factory Settings and that didn't help. I thought it might need a new update but it didn't. Tech Suport won't call me back -__- and im fed up with them. Any help Please??

  You need to reestablish your connection with the router, depending on what router and how you have it connected using your computer open your network chain and see if you can locate the blu ray and try to reestablish the players connection for internet, sometimes it will be connected to the network but internet service is denied, leave the player on and connected to the TV check the TV screen for messages as you may have to reenter a pass word...or maybe not, depending on your set up and how its connected...You may have to restart (Initialize) the router, unplug it wait 30 seconds and re-plug it in........if you cannot do it call the technical support for the router....
