Answer:
Projectors are a great way to watch movies and play games, and HD television programming. They aren't ideal for SD TV since the large image tends to look poor. You can use a projector for day to day use, BUT lamp life suffers if you don't treat them right (see below) and even under optimum conditions need to be replaced (~$300) after about 3000 hrs use. Furthermore, while both projectors and flatpanel TVs work best in light controlled (dim/dark) rooms, HDTVs are more forgiving of ambient light. Lamps last best if rapid on/off cyles are avoided (once on, or off don't turn off or on for at least 5 minutes), protected from inadvertent off cycles with a UPS, etc. So .. bottom line is projectors are best for the big picture, but are more expensive to run than an HDTV and require a dark room more. Many experts would recommend a combination of a projector and a moderate sized HDTV. The obvious disadvantage is higher cost, but if that isn't a deterrent it's the best way to go. Note that a TV and projector can be combined in the same space and use the same source/audio system if the screen can be mounted so it retracts from in front of the HDTV.

The overall cost of using a projector specially for gaming can get expensive. The life like size on a projector will look good, but then you have to have a dark room. You are looking at around $1,000 of a decent projector and the lamp only last around 2,000 hours of use before you have to replace it and the cost can add another $200. The lamp is very delicate, and if can burn out if you don't know how to handle it during installation. On the other hand you can get a 65" Plasma tv from Panasonic for around $2,000 and it will last you around 60,000 hours of use. I do use a projector for watch blu ray disc movies on a Panasonic projector model 3000, which I paid $3,495. The new model is the 4000 and the price is down to $2,995, it is one of the projector in the mid range that home theater magazine recommended. Earlier this year, they listed just about every projector in the market and rated each one they had their hands on (can't remember what issue). Hope this will help you out.

Yes, if you are into gaming, nothing beats a good projector and screen because of the oversized clear presentation. However, it would be a luxury because a nice tv can do both. So, is it worth it to you? Best.
Why are you shouting? What do you mean by "LIKE MOVIES?" What do you mean by "SCREEN PAD"?
