How can I connect my laptop with VGA output to two TVs simultaneously with HDMI input?

To tell you the truth, it will cost almost as much to get a new laptop with HDMI out, and will look way better too. Then you just need an HDMI splitter. Otherwise you'll have to get a converter box that converts from VGA to HDMI, which will have a poorer picture, requires more power, cables, etc, and is quite costly; and then a splitter. Or at least try using an external videocard with HDMI/DVI out, which will be cheaper than a converter box. Also, if you want sound, you'll either have to run a 1/8" jack cable from the headphone jack in the computer to the TV (if your TV supports it) or get a mixer. (The converter box I linked has a built-in mixer, and the second videocard doesn't need one). But again, a laptop with HDMI already has the sound in the HDMI, and is the simplest and best option.

Your probable going to need two things...a converter box and then a splitter box that also boosts the signal...HDMI will start to degrade after about a 25 foot run... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002673EW6/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_2?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000FMJLQC&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0XGMTM5Z3Z3X5NV1ESZP
