My sub on my Samsung home theater system is not working, how can i fix it?
-
I have an HT-Z510 5 Disk DVD Player/Home Theater System. It has a Dual Voice Coil 10-inch Subwoofer. I had the sub next to my entertainment center, then i unplugged it to relocate, when i plugged it back in,it didn't work. I Did have the Unit on when i unplugged the woofer, could that have caused the problem? And how can I Fix it?

Answer:
Possibly when you moved it a wire internally came loose. I would suggest you open it & see if there are any obvious issues. Naturally make sure it;s completely unplugged from everything. Sometimes those RCA plugs very easily come loose. So the connections may be good, but there's no contact.
