Should i get and LED LCD HDTV or an LED LCD MONITOR to play ps3/360(choose 1 of 2 in list)?

i was thinking of getting either a Insignia® - 22" Class / 1080p / 60Hz / LED-LCD HDTV or a Samsung 23" Flat-Panel LED Monitor. Which one shoul i choose? And why?

I would stay away from off brand names, they don't last long and made of cheap parts. Get the Samsung. Keep in mind, you can not see the difference between 720P and 1080P in screen smaller than a 46".

Insignia panels are made by LG but are a Best Buy only brand and should be avoided if you want your TV to last. Samsung is a very high rated brand with good quality and a better picture. The only concern is Monitor and HDTV resolutions are slightly different so make sure that the Samsung monitor can play your 1080p and if it can go with that for sure. I'd highly recommend against the Insignia.
