Help burning to blu ray?

Problem with blu-ray and HDMI cable, please help?

• I recently bought blu-ray, and an HDMI cable (cheap one though). The first time I connected my blu-ray to my HD LCD TV everything seemed to be working perfectly. Half-way through the movie I went to have a break, and paused the movie, when I came back and pressed the play button, "no signal" appeared on my tv screen. I tried to reset the blu-ray but it didn't help. Everytime i turned it on, the same thing happened "no signal". I've tried plugging HDMI cable into different HDMI TV port (I have 4 HDMI ports on my tv), but I haven't noticed any difference, it still says "no signal". I have no idea what the problem is... First I thought it was the HDMI cable that didn't work, but apparently everytime I turn on my blu-ray, the big "blu-ray" sign on my tv screen appears, which indicates that the cable is working, because the tv is receiving the signal (I've checked it like 20 times, and the sign always appears on the tv). Blu-ray player also seems to be working fine, because when I press play button the movie starts playing (the time that's displayed on the front of blu-ray starts changing). So what could be the problem here... I really need your help...

  Something failed when you were watching the movie. I'd borrow another cable to verify that it's not the cable. If it plays ok then you know it was the cable. If it doesn't more than likely the player. Just run through a process of elimination.
