Canceling Online Order?

Canceling an order at Best Buy when you're an employee there...?

  • As much as I hate to admit it, I've had a terrible experience buying something at Best Buy.....but what's different about my experience is that I am an actual employee at that Best Buy. I got hired as a seasonal cashier, and as soon as my discount kicked in, I bought a tv that I had been wanting for a while. Well the tv never came, and after 2 weeks of constantly having to go back and forth, I got an email saying that I have to cancel my order. When I went there the other day, I got talked into upgrading my order to a larger, more expensive tv, and I had to pay the difference. (I'm still relatively new at this Best Buy, so I don't know all the other employees personally) Well I want to cancel my order completely now. Do you think that will look bad? Will this have any effect on my seasonal status? I hate to bother them and act like a disgruntled customer, but in a way,,,I sort of am. If I weren't an employee there, I would have handled this situation completely different, but since I work there, I don't want to come off as being a burden.
