Need help with my surround sound system.

Need help deciding what surround sound system to buy?

• I have decided on one of these two systems: BTW im planning on using it primarily for ps3 in a small bedroom so length of wire isnt very important LG LHB336 1100W 3D Blu-ray Home Theater System with Smart TV and Onkyo HT-S3400 5.1-Channel Home Theater System The few differences i found are: LG system has included ipod dock LG system weighs less as i heard the weight of speaker magnets have a lot to do with quality LG system outputs 1100 watts- 180x5 for speakrs and 200 watt for subwoofer Onkyo has 660 watts- 110x6 meaning the subwoofer gets only 110 watts right? I would really want to choose the lg system, so i guess the only question is the sound quality difference, does the onkyo system have better sound quality ? I have heard some bad reviews on lg systems.. Onkyo- i heard they have very high quality sound and that the reciever included is a bargain for that price

  The LG system is crap. Be very suspicious of anything that brags about a thousand watts of power. The Onkyo system includes a full-sized AV receiver with spare inputs. The parts (receiver, speakers, sub) are all replaceable if one part breaks or you want to upgrade. The LG system is ... a glorified BluRay player with attached speakers. Very limited inputs and when 1 part breaks - you have to toss the whole system. No - Onkyo is not "very high quality". But it is decent quality with the right parts. Get the Onkyo system.
