What is a good projector for under 300?

Best Projector to use for the PS3 and a good price, (under $300).?

• I play rockband 3 on the PS3 and I am on the market for a good projector that can at least give me the resolution to see the notes and the words well. I don't expect a very professional quality projector, but something that I can see the notes. I have done some research on this and it seems that I should try to find something with at least 1080p Native resolution. Is this correct? Also, I can't have a large lag-time as hitting the notes in a timely manner is important. With all that said, I will only need to project 40-70 inches diagonally (more or less), it has to work well at 40" is that is all that I can get on the wall space in my room. There are lots of projectors out there and I am wanting to find something worthwhile. It doesn't have to be Natively at 1080p if the processor on board can convert to say 854p (a common one I have seen), in a fast time. Also, since the PS3 seems to connect with an HDMI cable, A port such as that would be nice - but not necessary if there are other means with good enough resolution. Any help is much appreciated.   A decent projector light bulb costs more than $300, so any projector below that price is more of a toy than a real projector.
