What cable to connect my sound system with my TV?

What is the best surround sound for Philips a 47" 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV at the best price?

  • I have a Philips 47" 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV TV and the speakers are located in the back of the TV so I have to turn up the volume quite a bit in order to hear, and while watching movies I can barely hear the dialog, but the action gets way to loud so I have to fluctuate the volume throughout the movie which is annoying. Anyways, what is the a good reliable surround sound system that will work best with my TV. I'm not looking to spend more than 500, and I'd definitely prefer cheaper than that.
