Whats the loudest, highest quality sound system i can buy for around £200?

Basically, iv just moved to uni, the people in my block have god awful music taste! but my surround sound recently died, i now need to replace it to stop having to put up with listening to their "tunes", anyway, im looking for highest amount of sound output, with as best as possible quality for around 200, any ideas anyone???
