What is HQ sound and what does it do?

What is the difference between these 2 RCA cables? Can 4 speakers run on a 200w 2 ch receiver and be HQ?

Are their pin sizes different? Is one positive and is one negative (double headed ends) on each end? Do they fit into red and black speaker (+) (-) terminals? Do I need to buy something to place on the ends of these in order to make them fit into large ss f6000 speakers? If so, what item is needed and what should the pin size be? Would banana plugs work on both of these two cables? Are banana plugs made in different sizes? I am looking for and I prefer premade cables. If I have to build it on my own I'll need specific details. The banana plugs on the ends of my speaker cables do not go all the way in the speaker units. I bought my cables elsewhere but they're the same as the 2nd link (cables to go).   The price, there's not much difference in the connections at all. Type of wire used and marketing of cables, this is just as good as a monster cable that cost alot more. You will not be able to tell the difference what type cable you use for your speakers. To get high quality sound from your speakers, you must have a quality speaker from the names like JBL, Infinity, Boston, Focal, Martin Logan etc. Limitation to good quality speakers are your own budget. It you connect 4 speakers to 2 source just make sure you do not over the amplifier on your receiver (connecting the speaker in series will change the impedence of the speaker from say 8 OHMs to 4 OHMS, connecting speakers in parallel with maintain the load the same). Check your owners manual to see what load it can handle.
