How do I get surround sound on my Sony TV and PS3 through a Sony DZ-130 home theatre dvd system?
-
I have a Sony DZ-130 dvd home theatre system. How do I get surround sound on cable and my PS# instead of just through the dvd player?
-
Answer:
Keep in mind that most home theater in a box are designed for you to watch a movie with surround sound only. They are not flexible for adding anything to them or for upgrading. If the system has an optical audio cable then you can get surround sound from your tv or PS3. Most tv today only provide you with an optical audio cable connection. It is a digital signal that has to be decoded by a receiver, home theater in a box with an optical audio cable port or a sound bar. Hope this will help you out.
