I planned to buy a home theatre system which is the best one sony or any other product?

    When you mention home theater system are you talking about Home theater in a box or separate systems. Sony is not the best one out there, infact I don't even consider them at all. I don't know Rs 10000 is equivilant to in $$$. I would consider a Panasonic or Samsung HTB, for separate receiver Onkyo, Pioneer or Denon and for speakers JBL, Infinity, Energy and Polk. Go to say, Best Buy and listen to the system before you purchase anything online.

i faced the same problem 4 years ago.we opted for a sony cos the technology is so different and nothing quite like it.hope you got your answer.roughly costs around Rs.25000.

I'd say the sony Bravia or the very similar Panosonic Viera both very good tv's. i got the viera and has a very nice picture. the viera has an additional surround sound system with 4 mini speakers one big bass, and another unit i dont know! it also has a dvd player attacthed which has its own ipod dock. im not too sure what the bravia has to offer in the way of sound system though, maybe something similar.
